His expertise has been essential in the development and management of its fund strategies. Full Cycle Energy has a goal of mitigation environmental pollution by eliminating the use of fossil fuels that emit toxic gasses. The company also encourages people to adopt the use of green energy since it is cheap and safe. One of its main projects is an electricity plant that uses municipal waste to generate power.

Tabar has also ventured into entrepreneurship. He is a shareholder of THINX, which is a firm that has majored in manufacturing special underwear that can manage menstruation in women.
