Construcap is the result of more than 70 years of experience. In 1944 engineers Henrique Pegado and Caio Luiz Pereira de Souza founded Construtora Pereira de Souza. The Construcap Engenharia was founded 11 years later by engineers José Mandacaru Guerra, Júlio Capobianco, José Ribeiro do Valle, John Ulic Burke Jr. and Iório Adami. In 1974 these merged to form Construcap CCPS Engenharia e Comérico S/A.

Rio Bravo is an 84,200m² building with a rooftop green space Construcap built for Fundo de Investimentos Imobiliário Rio Bravo Logística. The project was completed in 34 months in Santos, Sao Paulo.
Natura Sede Administrativa
Construcap completed the new Natura facility for the Industria e Comercio de Cosmeticos Natura. The 96,000m² project was completed in 36 months in Cajamar, Sao Paulo.
