As the newest addition to the PodcastOne lineup, it joins The Jericho Network, a brand coined by WWE celebrity Chris Jericho. PodcastOne chairman and creator, Norman Pattiz, is optimistic about the diversity Chris has brought to the channel. He’s transformed a channel which focused heavily on wrestling. It’s adapted comedians and with “Beyond The Darkness,” it’s giving subscribers a taste of the paranormal reality. Certainly, they’re looking to capitalize on this project, as the network develops its already growing following.

Norman (Norm) Pattiz launched America’s largest multifaceted broadcasting network, Westwood One in 1976. It’s home to leading networks such as CBS News, CNN, and NBC radio, etc. Westwood One underwent restructuring in 2011 but still remains a powerful radio broadcasting partner today. Norm serves the Council on Foreign Relations and the Pacific Council on International Relations committee. Additionally, UC (University of California) appointed him as a regent, and he chairs the Lawrence Livermore and Los Alamos National Security Laboratories. His career in radio syndication spans over 40 years.

In 2000 and 2002, former presidents Bill Clinton and George Bush commissioned to join the U.S. Broadcasting Board. During this time, Mr. Pattiz masterminded and launched a network focused on Arabic broadcasting. Initially, it served some 22 Middle Eastern countries. Later, Faris translation was added to support its Iranian audience. Forbes magazine featured Mr. Pattiz’s extraordinary works last May as part of its “2016 Global Change Makers” catalog. Adam Milstein Leads Hagar Pacific Properties into a Brighter Future

Adam Milstein was born and raised in Israel. He grew up during a time of misfortune for the Jewish population. When he became of age, he joined the IDF and served in the Yom Kippur War. Afterward, he attended Technion and graduated in 1978.

Shortly after, he moved to the United States. By 1983,Adam Milstein has earned an MBA from the University of Southern California. That same year, he joined the commercial real estate industry. He continues to work in real estate as one of Hager Pacific Properties Managing Partners.

Adam Milstein is also an active philanthropist and community leader. Along with his wife, Gila, he has founded and endorsed dozens of non-profit organizations. Most help Israeli-Jewish-American families maintain their culture. Milstein is adamant in his pursuit to inform and inspire young Jewish-Americans to learn more about their historic culture.

The first thing that Milstein did when he moved to the United States to pursue a higher education. It was one of the main reasons he wanted to move to the U.S. While at USC, he took began noticing all the recruiters trying to hire young, aspiring entrepreneurs. Although they talked a big talk, none of what the recruiters were offering sounded worthy of Milstein’s talents.

In his opinion, they were offering less than what undergrads were making. Instead, Milstein decided to work on his own goals. He first became a Real Estate Commercial broker, which he did for three years. After three successful years of brokering, he decided to become an investor as well.

Now that he’s reached the level of success that he hoped for, he’s noticed that he has a lot more free time on his hands. While he does continue to attend business meetings and conference calls every once in a while most of his days look the same. In the beginning, his days were chaotic, and he never knew what he would be doing that day. Nowadays, he has plenty of free time and uses that time to focus on his philanthropies.
